OVERVIEW
The PiggyBox is an easy way to make money online. You just need to connect it to your router and forget about it.
The PiggyBox gathers publicly available information from the web. Verified businesses and organizations you rely on every day use this information to give you amazing advantages that you can’t enjoy otherwise.
How? Users connect the PiggyBox device to their home internet. Now, not only can they contribute to better prices and services from companies across the board, but they can also make money. The box connects directly to the Internet, it doesn’t know anything about you or your browsing activity.
PiggyBox automatically pays you monthly via PayPal, Wise, or Amazon gift cards.
PiggyBox also measures response times of major sites. This helps make the Internet faster for everyone!
You can use the PiggyBox and EarnApp as long as they are on separate IPs.
Using both on the same IP will create connectivity issues for PiggyBox making it go offline.
It’s simple.
1- Apply for a box (at the moment we are out of stock…)
2- Receive the box.
3- Connect and collect!
From that point on you receive payment every month, transferred automatically to the payment method you choose.
It’s also safe as our software is only using IP addresses to collect bit’s of publicly available information and is unable to view user activity.
PiggyBox pays you $10 monthly and you can redeem it via PayPal, Wise, or Amazon once you have reached the minimum redeem amount required for each payment method.
Yes.
The PiggyBox doesn’t know anything about you or your browsing activities. It cannot access ANY private information (on your browser, device or local network). It only uses your unused bandwidth to anonymously download public web data from the Internet.
We take great care to make sure PiggyBox software is secure. The code is audited every 3 months by external auditors and we have a dedicated program to pay bounties to any security researchers who find vulnerabilities.
No. The PiggyBox cannot see your online activity. It only uses your unused bandwidth to anonymously download public web data from the Internet.
The PiggyBox is owned by BrightData. Bright Data is a owned by EMK – a leading, regulated private equity fund based in the UK.
Many large companies need publicly available web information (for example, product prices and reviews) for detailed research and financial analysis. But in many cases, when companies use their own IP address to browse the Internet, they can get inaccurate data. This is where the PiggyBox comes in. It allows BrightData to anonymously download the public web data needed using your home’s IP address. This helps companies see the web as regular users see it – which ensures complete and accurate data.
Here are some examples of how the PiggyBox can help Bright Data’s customers:
– To protect their brand: Are sites selling fake versions of my product?
– To protect their users: Are advertisers showing ads for products I don’t allow (e.g. firearms)?
– To offer the best prices: What are the real prices?
BrightData helps them get accurate information, which helps companies expand their databases and improve their products, services and pricing.
In addition, the PiggyBox measures response times of major sites and helps make the Internet faster for everyone!
No.
PiggyBox uses your spare bandwidth and does not slow down your browsing.
A maximum of 15 PiggyBoxes per user are allowed if they are connected to different residential IP addresses.
You can connect one PiggyBox per household. Plugging more than one into the same router will not increase your earnings.
However, you can connect your PiggyBoxes at other locations (don’t forget to ask the IP owner’s permission!).
At this point you can only use the PiggyBox in the United States.
Do you reside outside the USA? We invite you to apply. Once relevant, we will approach you.
